After graduating from Princeton University, she served two terms as an AmeriCorps fellow, focusing on literacy in elementary age students and its long-term impact on both individuals and the public education system. Following these experiences, her career shifted to internal operations, fundraising, and human capital in the nonprofit sector.

Currently, Cathy is an MBA Candidate at the Yale School of Management. She is interested in the way companies and organizations align their internal cultures with their external outcomes. Leveraging her previous professional experiences, she is also interested exploring in cross-sector collaborations between the nonprofit and private sectors.
