Leader Impact Statement:

Tony Rescigno served as the First Selectman of North Haven before joining the Greater New Haven Chamber in 2000. He has dedicated his career to establishing relationships with just about every civic mover and shaker in the Greater New Haven region. Rescigno is driven by conscious business practices that encourage partnerships and lead regional economic growth. He is actively involved in numerous organizations that focus on the economic vitality of Connecticut, including the Metro Chambers, Regional Workforce Alliance, and the Regional Water Authority Policy Board. His efforts include organizing economic development 101 briefings, administering the New Haven Science Fair, and lobbying better transportation services in the region, to name a few. As one of the founding members of the Conscious Capitalism CT Chapter, Rescigno believes in cultivating a collaborative, caring culture that encourages employee engagement and is a source of professional fulfillment.
