Allison Holzer
To lead people, walk beside them... as for the best leaders, the people do not notice their existence. The next best, the people honor and praise. The next, the people fear; and the next, the people hate... when the best leader's work is done the people say, we did it ourselves! - Lao Tzu

Leader Impact Statement:

Inspired by phenomenal teachers and coaches at Dartmouth College and Kentucky Country Day, Allison Holzer has dedicated her career to activating excellence in others. She translates her expertise in emotional intelligence and coaching into bold, innovative approaches that guide leaders and teams to breakthrough insights, performance, and success. Using her combined training in the education, psychology, and creative arts fields, Allison blends best practices from different learning methodologies to create experiential programs and online learning. In 2012, she co-founded InspireCorps with Jen Grace Baron and Sandra Spataro with a collective vision to guide people, teams, and organizations to a state of inspiration. They work with bold organizations poised to thrive through the talent of their people. Allison first heard about Conscious Capitalism from CEO of Regional Water Authority, Larry Bingaman. She quickly realized that the companies and clients she admires most are ones who deliberately practice the four pillars of conscious capitalism.
